No permission

This guy, has uploaded old art of mine without permission
DeviantArt is supossed to be "Your art"
Not stealing images from.other then upload without permission.

I hate this guy, just because he has 1000 subscribers he thinks he's god.
Like, if you don't wt
atch his video, he'll block you.
HE bloched me and now I can't, report him as art thief.
So...I need help?
